"ShineBros performed a softwashing process to remove biological growth and stains on the outside walls and 1/2 of the roof of our home. The result is that the appearance of our home is now much improved, and it likely looks much like it did when it was first built. Logan explained in detail and quoted several option packages for cleaning the vinyl, stone, and wood veneer of our home, along with part of the asphalt-shingled roof. The pricing for each option was clearly spelled out in his detailed written quotes and seemed reasonable. Inclement weather delayed the original appointment, but Logan was on time the next day, and he pretty much kept his schedule on-site. To my knowledge, there was virtually no damage by the cleaning process to our home, save for some plants, which may recover, located next to the house. (You may want to cover your sensitive plants to protect them from exposure to cleaning chemicals and high-pressure spray.) Logan was very professional and workman-like on-site. Later, we will consider having Logan return to touch up some areas and clean the other half of our roof. We had a very good experience with ShineBros."
